In the heart of one of the most picturesque districts of the capital, the newly inaugurated Condominio Monti offers 33 tailor-made rooms, a fabulous panoramic terrace, overlooking the Colosseum, and glamorous spaces open to conviviality.

Suitable for international globetrotters, design enthusiasts and all colors who appreciate accommodation facilities with a strong personality, Monti condominium it is directly connected with the "rhythm" of the neighborhood thanks to the Magasin bar-bistro and the Osteria Oliva restaurant, located on the ground floor of the structure.

Guests can choose between single rooms (13sqm), double rooms (in three declinations: small, standard and deluxe), triple rooms (20sqm), quadruple rooms (30sqm), family rooms (40sqm, with kitchenette) and suites (suitable also to 4 guests; 70sqm). A versatile panoramic terrace

Arranged on the external walls, on the bench and on the floor, the ceramic coverings of the terrace qualify this space, conceived to favor a direct connection with the Monti district. It is the first district of the capital and still retains the characteristic alleys with cobblestones and a network of interesting addresses and destinations, including crafts, antiques, fashion and food.

Sophistication and poetry in the choice of colors

In addition to the development of custom-made furnishings and patterns, the design of the color and the selection of all the textiles contributed decisively to give character and personality to the structure. These are aspects taken care of by the Bludiprussia paint factory, active in the field of color design, which has studied specific solutions for each environment. The color palette developed for Monti condominium it turns out to be harmonious and sophisticated, free from the pressures of current trends.

The selection of decorative details

The desire to make guests feel "at home", while at the same time allowing them to experience a memorable stay, guided the hand of the design team also in terms of decorative choices. Refinement, attention and originality unify shared spaces and private rooms. The choice to equip the rooms with the cosmetic products of MALIN + GOETZ or the presence of prints by Elena Campa also testify to this.
