Risotto Festival

The typical dish of the Milanese tradition returns to awaken the palates from 18 to 20 January in Legnano in via Bixio.

Three days to rediscover the flavors of the past, to be combined with Lombard wine excellences.

The formula is that of All you can eat: for a fee of 15 euros, patrons will be able to taste and taste the risotto again in all the proposed variations, from the one with pumpkin and Bra cheese to the one with porcini mushrooms.

And for the sweet tooth there will also be sweets.

East Market

Sunday 20 January come back on vintage market inspired by the famous markets of East London, in the new location in via Mecenate.

Among the exhibitors of this edition there will be Francesca Capri from Frida's View with a personal collection of 360 degree vintage. Alessandro Fiore, specializing in old posters of films from the 1950s and 1960s linked to the world of motorcycles, alongside the poster of the concerts historians of the time.

Alessandro Trucciinstead, it collects vintage items, its flagship are the old typewriters and from EastMarket will bring some about ten between the 1920s and 1960s. Andrea Biagi da Forlì collects and restores old disused objects, giving them new life as car headlights that become lamps, pieces from engines that become watches and so on.

The usual will not be missing East Market Diner, where will the coffee bar, the bakery, two bar and you are beer points.

Music for diversity

Titanic VR Experience

The National Museum of Science and Technology organizes from January 19th to February 24th a real journey into the abyss, among the remains of the most famous ship in the world.

Thanks to the simulation with the PlayStation®VR viewers and controllers, the public will be able to admire the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean aboard a remote-controlled submarine, discovering the wreck of the famous British ocean liner that was wrecked on April 15, 1912.

A reservation is needed to participate.

Sister Act

The musical which has conquered entire generations returns to Milan January 19th and 20th at the Teatro Nuovo.

Based on the 1992 cult film starring Whoopi Goldberg, the show promises to make audiences sing and dance thanks to the live band and lyrics in Italian.

Scientists on display

Until June 30, the Italian Diagnostic Center in via Saint Bon hosts the photographic exhibition dedicated to female scientists of the # 100esperte project.

Created to enhance female skills in sectors still perceived as purely male, the event, organized by the Bracco Foundation, collects shots of the photographer Gerald Bruneau in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

A different point of view, which turns the spotlight on professionalism perhaps little known to the general public, but of fundamental importance for scientific development.
