Trouser skirts: the "surprise" model for summer 2018

We all agree, there is something liberating about wearing a skirt. Raise your hand if you think otherwise. Probably because the moment in which the invisible zip closes up to the top and the button that stops the strap goes beyond the buttonhole is one of the most connoted and connotating things of the female gender. But just this summer that the designers presented in the collection of long, medium, short, very short, sheath, printed, pleated, flounced, high waisted, the girls started wearing something very similar to a skirt but that, in fact, it is not: the pant skirt.

May they be culottes from mid-thigh down, soft and pleated, o shorts shorter, are exactly those who wore the horse riders, in the years when women were not allowed to wear proper pants. A way to make fun of the rules, while remaining in the regulations.

Perhaps because we reached the height of the explosion of awareness and "pink" emancipation that we are experiencing, and everyone's feeling is that the moment is approaching when ideals become a cliché. And so yes, the trouser skirt is our way to escape the trivialization of femininity.

Or, easier, let's put it this way, surely the reasons are also practical: especially for those who move to bicycle. Do you want to put? Stop to the silk entangled in the spokes or at the upper edge that ends up at the height of the armpits when pedaling.
