2 California plums

1 steamed carrot

1 peach

2 slices of melon

4-5 strawberries

1 jar of plain yogurt


Wash the carrot and steam it.

Meanwhile, peel and cut the peach and melon into pieces, wash the strawberries. Pour everything into the blender.

As soon as it is cooked, add the carrot cut into small pieces, the yogurt and start the mixer.

Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.


The fruit with red color, yellow, orange - like carrots, peaches, melon - is rich in carotenoids, useful for preparing the skin for the sun, precursors of Vitamin A.

By adding plums it makes vitamin B6, regulator of sebum secretion, and copper, antioxidant nutrient that contributes to make hair color more intense and uniform, which sun and salt can make opaque and dull.

Vitamin E contained in sunflower seeds, on the other hand, it is a powerful one antioxidant biological that counteracts the formation of free radicals, prevents premature aging and that due to sunlight.

Draining smoothie


2 California plums

2 slices of pineapple

1 cucumber

2 stalks of celery

Juice of one lime

3-4 mint leaves

3 ice cubes


Wash, peel and slice the fruit and vegetables; remove the outer filaments of the celery.

Put everything in a blender, add the mint leaves, lime juice and ice and blend until smooth and creamy.

Ice can only be added at the end to keep it in pieces.


The vegetables contained in this smoothie are very rich in water (they contain up to 97%).

Celery and centriole are low in calories and they have an effect highly draining thanks to the potassium content and low sodium content.

Pineapple, on the other hand, contains bromelain, an enzyme with diuretic action which also promotes digestion.

2 kiwis

1 apple

1 glass of green tea

3 ice cubes

Wash the rocket, peel the kiwifruit and apple and cut them into chunks.

Pour everything into a blender, add the lemon juice, tea and ice and start the mixer.

2 California plums

1 tub of raspberries

2 tub of blackberries

1 cm of ginger

3-4 leaf of mint

1 glass of coconut milk


Wash the fruit, peel the ginger and pour all the ingredients into a blender. Combine the coconut milk and mint and blend everything.

Garnish with fresh mint before serving.


Berries such as blackberries and raspberries, combine the action of polyphenols and anthocyanins, which counteract free radicals responsible for skin aging, to the protective one against elastin fibers (responsible forskin elasticity), carried out by ellagic acid.
