The Benetton group's communication research center opens its doors to the public for the concert by the Velvet Underground artist


He wrote one of the most important pages in the history of rock music and Friday 14th July 2017 will be in Italy for the only date, in our country, of his tour.

We are talking about John Cale, soul - with Lou Reed - gods Velvet Underground but also record producer by artists such as The Stooges, Nico, Patti Smith, Nick Drake and Jonathan Richman's Modern Lovers as well as soundtrack composer.

It will be hosted by Fabrica, the group's communications research center Benetton, for a special evening in national exclusive (for information and tickets: mailticket.it).

The artist will alternate pieces taken from his solo career to the classics of the gods Velvet Underground, in fact this year is the 50th anniversary of the release of the first album of the group and recently John Cale collected the prestigious Grammy Award on behalf of the band.

But it will not be the only opportunity for Fabrica to open its doors to the general public: it starts right in this period Summer in Fabrica, a program of concerts, DJ sets and screenings dedicated to the music that made history.
