The contouring also comes on nails. After the traditional corrective makeup technique for the face and body exploded as a trend on Instagram, the nail contouring is the new social craze of the season.
Nail contouring, what it is and how to do it
It is a technique for to correct optically the form of the nails with theapplication of the enamel.
The color is only spread in the center of the nail, leaving a small free space on the sides. In this way the nails will appear longer and more even, making them hands more tapered.
The trend has been relaunched for this season by the manicurist Jin Soon Choi who curated the nail look for the Spring Summer 2017 fashion show of Vera Wang.
For a true pro result, after applying the base, apply a coat of nude, nude or powder pink nail polish, and then use the technique of nail contouring with a darker contrasting color.
