On Netflix the Spanish BLANCA SUÁREZ is the protagonist of the serial Las Chicas del Cable. She who in life is an influencer with a million followers on Instagram, tells of a time when phones were only wired
It is not easy to be a woman. The splendid tells me Blanca Suárez, 28, one of the young Spanish actresses most loved also by director Pedro Almodóvar.I meet her in Berlin with the other protagonists of the new TV series Las Chicas del Cable, available from April 28 on Netflix. It is set in Madrid in 1928 and tells of four telephone operators who discover the value of friendship and the struggle for emancipation. "Our characters are different in origin and ambitions. But in this story we will find ourselves ready to ally ourselves against difficulties”, explains Blanca.
What type is your Linda?«Strong, mysterious and sensual. You will see me wearing vintage, colorful and very sexy clothes. From the very first scenes of the series you can sense a certain freedom in describing the body of women ». What do you think of the nude scenes? “As an actress they don't embarrass me, especially if they're not free. If a series talks about love relationships it is obvious that it also talks about sex ».

In the 1920s, relationships were not as easy as they are today."That era marked the spread of technologies, such as the telephone, which changed our lives. For better or for worse. Today we are prisoners of our electronic gadgets. We should learn to detox. And I say that I know the advantages well ». (Blanca exceeds one million followers on Instagram, ed).And do you follow TV series?"Of course, I've watched all of Stranger Things and can't wait for it to start again."
