To discover the characteristics of these products and the application techniques, we met the make up artist Violets.
Violette is a Parisian artist and has decided to bring her experience in the fields of fashion, print and catwalks to the world of La Mer. Violette has worked with photographers such as Richard Burbridge, Partick Demarchelier, Karl Lagerfeld, Mert & Marcus, Jean-Baptiste Mondino, Paolo Roversi and Mario Sorrenti and with well-known celebs. From Isabelle Adjani to Ryan Gosling, from Kate Hudson to Rosie Huntington, and then Kendall Jenner, Miranda Kerr, Sophie Marceau, Eva Mendes, Demi Moore, Charlotte Rampling, Emma Roberts and Léa Seydoux. Her philosophy of life is: there are no precise rules, make-up must adapt to our emotions. But above all "you have to take care of your skin: have you ever seen a star with an ugly face?". She herself declares herself a skincare maniac: it is therefore not surprising to see a perfect face live.

The make-up artist has revolutionized the method of applying the product. At Grazia.it he unveils his "signature complexion look": the foundation is applied starting from the nose to the cheeks, following the volume of the cheeks, right up to the eye contour. We then move on to the application along the external part of the face: «in this phase the texture of the product disappears and you don't notice the difference with the skin».
